HI! I am Luli, native of Argentina, where latin music captured my heart. I am a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES), ACE and AFAA certified Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach.
Since I started my fitness journey in 2010 my life has changed in such a positive way -physically and emotionally- that I started to feel the necessity to change other people's lives and irradiate my happiness to the world. Let me inspire, motivate and encourage you to experience it as well!

I definitely recommend Luli's classes. I have been taking classes with her for 7 years or so. The benefits I experienced from taking these classes are good spirits, moving my body in ways I usually do not so it stretches and strengthens me, good breathing and increased circulation, good health, fun way to exercise. The classes also have a lot of variety such as using all body parts including hands and feet and time to work on balance a bit which is so important. "Luli's classes are warm and wonderful. She asks to know what weaknesses you might have and offers modifications so that you can still do the action. She introduces different movements at each class which keeps the sessions interesting.

I have known Luli for many years & have taken her fantastic classes in the past. I've taken her various fitness training classes, Zumba, as well as personal training sessions. However, I have been especially grateful that Luli has been offering her training virtually during challenging times of pandemic. Her total body workout classes can be done with limited space and almost no equipment. They combine cardio & strength training, which makes it for a very comprehensive workout.
